After 15 years as a footwear and accessories designer in the United States, and another five exhibiting paintings in galleries there, Europe, and as far as Australia, while illustrating fashion and interiors for several noted publications (Vogue, Cosmopolitan, The New York Times and Architectural Digest, to mention a few), Maria Cardelli decided it was time to produce her own collections. Her lines of fashion accessories and leather goods give expression to her boundless and energetic creativity, combining her skills as a designer and fine artist to produce spirited and striking designs. Inspired by architectural shapes and all things of the past, combined with the love for simple clean lines and textile patterns (which she often incorporates on leathers and fabrics using her own exclusive prints), Maria’s designs are fashion forward, unique, chic and modern. And of course, beautiful to set eyes on, yet practical to wear every day. You can see the collection exclusively inside IT-ELITE Showroom in Via della Spiga, 42, Milan, Italy.
