An angel descends from celestial heights into the vibrant heart of a modern metropolis. Here, light and shadow exist side by side—each representing distinct paths of guardianship in today’s complex world. The narrative begins with a guardian angel, ethereal and luminous, watching over lost souls. As the angel enters this modern cityscape, their principles shift, and they fall toward New York City, a place that flips perception on its head. During this plunging journey, the angel’s innate purity fades; they accrue the imperfections of humanity, and their wings begin to disintegrate. Upon reaching the city below, the transformation is complete: they emerge as a guardian of the shadows. No longer corrupted, but transformed, they become a protector of a new reality—one that balances the interplay of light and darkness.
