MOORE Brings “be MOORE kind” to Washington Square Park for NYFW

MOORE took over Washington Square Park on Sunday for an exciting outdoor New York Fashion Week runway show celebrating the brand’s Fall/Winter 2026/27 collection and a simple but powerful message: “be MOORE kind.”

After a rainy New York morning, the skies cleared just in time for the show, allowing MOORE to transform Washington Square Park into an open-air runway. Free and open to the public, the show invited New Yorkers, fashion lovers, friends, families, and passersby to experience NYFW without barriers.

The message behind the collection was especially personal for designer Andrea Moore, a contestant on Project Runway Season 22. After experiencing a portrayal of the fashion industry that continued the familiar narrative of fashion as mean, cutthroat, and exclusionary, Moore wanted this season to communicate something different.

The runway reflected that philosophy, featuring a diverse cast of models in MOORE’s signature gender-neutral street fashion. Designed and created at The Makers NY in Larchmont, New York, the FW26/27 collection continues MOORE’s approach to individuality, inclusivity, unexpected textile pairings, layering, and non-gendered silhouettes.
