MOORE AT PROJECT RUNWAY SEASON 22’s NEW CREATIVE FORCE

Andrea Moore Beaulieu, founder of MOORE, is a talented street-fashion designer, entrepreneur, and devoted mother of three, and is redefining what it means to be an innovator in contemporary fashion. Her unique approach to design embodies a commitment to gender-neutral silhouettes, unexpected textile pairings, and an unwavering dedication to refined craftsmanship.

Andrea is also part of the new class of creatives competing on the highly anticipated Season 22 of Project Runway. The season, which premieres on July 9 on Freeform and will stream shortly after on Hulu and Disney+, features an impressive lineup of 22 designers. With seasoned judges like Heidi Klum, Law Roach, and Nina Garcia, along with the mentorship of Season 4 winner Christian Siriano, the competition promises to be fierce.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Andrea brings her expertise to her modern, elevated street fashion brand, MOORE. Based in New York, her designs—characterized by an exciting color palette, unique fabrications, and gender-neutral styles—have become synonymous with the brand’s signature aesthetic. Andrea’s journey began with a lifelong passion for sewing, which she honed through formal education in Fashion Design and valuable experiences working with various brands across the country. Since the launch of MOORE in 2013, sustainability has been at the core of her mission. By utilizing vegan fabrics and promoting local production, Andrea ensures that her commitment to the environment does not come at the expense of the meticulous craftsmanship that her line is known for.

In 2014, she expanded her vision by opening MOORE Custom Goods, a unique brick-and-mortar location in Portland, Oregon, which combined retail with an apparel production workshop. This innovative space allowed visitors to witness the production process firsthand, making it a pioneering concept in the retail landscape. In 2017, the Huffington Post described the shop as “The open-kitchen concept for retail,” a fitting tribute to Andrea’s dedication to transparency and engagement with her audience.

After moving all operations to New York in 2019, Andrea balanced motherhood with her work, operating out of a home workshop while raising her three small children. March 2024 marked an exciting new chapter with the opening of The Makers NY by MOORE Custom Goods in Larchmont, NY. This new venture continues her commitment to transparency in design and production, inviting guests to experience her creative world. The Makers NY also showcases the artistic talents of her mother, Claudia Moore Field, a copper sculpture and wire artist, and her sister, Lindsey Jones, a jewelry designer. Andrea’s reach extends into collaborations with notable brands such as Nike, Adidas, Bleacher Report, and Rolling Stone, as well as partnerships with emerging talents. Her work has garnered attention from esteemed publications like Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, and Huffington Post, solidifying her presence in high-fashion circles. Most recently, MOORE showcased collections at New York Fashion Week in September 2025 and Paris Fashion Week in October 2025, with features in Elle and Vogue.
